The food and shisha were excellent, but it was the outstanding customer service that truly stood out. From the moment I reached out via Instagram, I received an almost immediate response with a reservation already confirmed. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Rakesh, who looked after me, my wife, and our two-year-old daughter with exceptional care. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to keep our daughter entertained—even offering a tablet for YouTube if needed. His dedication and genuine hospitality deserve recognition. I’d also like to commend the individual managing the social media account—the prompt and personalized communication made a significant difference in our experience before we even stepped through the door. One of the best places I’ve visited in my short trip. Highly recommend this place for all age groups. Kid friendly and a wonderful staff. Where do I start from, right from the welcome that you get to taking care of the guests are all on point. Ajit and Vasila were top notch people, lovely interacting with them, warm and friendly staff. They did take care of my phone charging (usa charging type, helped me with a powerbank) to helping me finding an atm and food/sheesha recommendations. Felt completely home, highly recommend this place and will definitely be my goto place from here on. The food was amazingly delicious, the drinks were excellent, overall had an amazing experience. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ambiente, Service, Essen, Shisha, hier passt alles. Rakesh unser Kellner war von Beginn an für uns da und hat uns durch den Abend begleitet. Mit Blick über den Hafen genossen wir ein ausgezeichnetes Abendessen, gute Drinks (alkoholfrei) und eine Shisha, die immer wieder neu befeuert wurde und geschmacklich deutlich vor der eines nahe gelegenen Restaurants liegt. Location davvero bella e cool . I tavoli sono disposti lungo un balconcino che affaccia al porto. Atmosfera molto intima, calorosa, musica in diffusione. Piatti molto gustosi, e ottimo servizio :siamo stati accompagnati da un bravissimo ragazzo di nome Louis, gentile e sempre attento per ogni nostra esigenza. Bashar and Rohan were absolutely amazing. Absolutely outstanding experience at Huqqa Oman. The food was exceptional from start to finish. It was beautifully presented, full of authentic flavor, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. Every dish we tried was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The service truly elevated the experience. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional. They made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortable, making it perfect for both a relaxed meal and a special occasion. Huqqa Oman sets a very high standard for dining — incredible food, excellent service, and an unforgettable overall experience. Highly recommended and definitely a place I’ll be returning to. Bugün restoranda Azim’in servisi gerçekten harikaydı. Güler yüzlü, ilgili ve son derece profesyoneldi. Siparişlerimizle çok iyi ilgilendi, her konuda yardımcı oldu ve kendimizi çok rahat hissetmemizi sağladı. Böyle çalışanlar bir mekânı özel kılıyor. Azim på Huqqa er en ekte gledesspreder ✨. Han møter alle gjester med varme, respekt og et smil som gjør at man føler seg velkommen med en gang. Maten blir servert med omtanke, dessertene er nydelige, og stemningen i lokalet er alltid like behagelig og innbydende. Es war ein wirkliches Erlebnis! Toller Service , Essen war Klasse, es gibt eine große Auswahl! Wir hatten Fisch. Alle super freundlich, sehr aufmerksam in einer sehr gemütlichen Umgebung -direkt am Yachthafen. Louise hat uns dann noch eine Shisha empfohlen. Was hier übrigens in einer Vielzahl angeboten wird. Amazing service, food and by far the best dining experience in Muscat. The food, service and ambience is 5 star. I've hosted both social gatherings with family and friends and also business meetings / dinners at Huqqa The Market and staff have always been amazing, very professional, friendly and made our business dinner super easy. I was able to order in advance during the day and our fantastic server, Mughken (i've spelt this wrong, apologies) flawlessly served the food and made it look seamless. The carving and serving of the tomahawk steak at our table was impressive and the grilled octopus and short ribs are extremely succulent and to die for!!! Azim nous a servi et c’est le meilleur service qu’on ait reçu depuis que nous sommes à Oman, il était gentil serviable souriant et nous a très vite mis à l’aise. Mohammed le manager nous a également fait passer un très bon moment et il était très accueillant. Agit nous a fait une excellente chicha menthe et Haroun a pris soin de nous changer régulièrement les charbons. Tout le service était exceptionnel :) ~ Sarah S

Hridoy , Mohamed et Rakesh ont fait de la soirée un moment parfait et la cuisine a parfaitement suivi avec les plats qui sont tous une réussite de l’entrée au dessert en passant par le thé turque à la fin , mention spéciale au manager de l’établissement qui nous a accueilli et c’est assuré que tout se passait bien , vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés . ~ XL T

Yesterday i go to Huqqa from 6pm to 9pm I tried their Caesar Salad and pizza, and they've nailed the recipe! Really loved the flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. The portion was more than enough, which was worth it. Guys, do give this food place a try if you like trying different cuisines. Worth every penny. You see food images on Instagram, and how mouthwatering are they? Their food presentation and taste are just like that. Very fancy yet delicious. I have become a big fan of the quality of the ingredients. Very fresh and aromatic. A must-try if you haven't already. The staff were very very very super friendly and courteous to suggest a few dishes and drinks. Super fresh and totally worth it. ~ Ala N

Huqqa is an authentic, busy, bustling shisha café-dessert restaurant/lounge with a contagious vibe in the heart of The Wave, Al Mouj, Muscat I absolutely love this place, would 110% recommend it to anyone., who appreciates outstanding premium hospitality The staff are totally amazing. I was provided with an excellent service from Fernando, Jaypee, Laster, Murat and Simon. The rest of the staff were friendly, always had a nice smile and had great energy. The food & shisha was of very high quality with so much goodness & sweetness! At busy times be prepared to wait for a table I would describe Huqqa, as a Warming relaxing environment with attractive ambience, Escape Reality with charismatic vitality. I recently visited Huqqa restaurant with my mother to celebrate her birthday, and we had an amazing experience! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion. I also wanted to give a special shoutout to the manager Jaypee for running such a great establishment and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. He even surprised my mother with an amazing birthday surprise that made the night even more special. Additionally, our servers Fernando and Aymen were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make my mother's birthday celebration incredibly fun and memorable for us. I highly recommend Huqqa and can't wait to come back! ~ Danial R

Restaurant moderne en plein milieu de la marina. Belle carte. Les plats sont bons et originaux. Mention spéciale pour le dessert "rice pudding". S'il fallait trouver un petit défaut, je dirais le prix - pour 1 personne, entrée/plat/dessert/boisson, presque 90€. Mais je recommande pour passer un bon moment à Mascate. É un posto bellissimo sul porto, moderno e con piatti davvero ben fatti, artistici, ben curati e molto buoni ovviamente! Louis è stato davvero super, attento ai dettagli e sempre pronto per qualsiasi richiesta. Siamo andati in coppia ed abbiamo preso due mani di carne ed un dolce, insieme a due mocktails davvero particolari, uno dentro un cucì di rubli ed un altro fatto a fionda, buonissimi e freschi!
